All jewellery is handmade in the UK by Katherine in her North Devon workshop. Most items are kept in stock however some items are made to order.
If an item is in stock it will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 7 days of placing the order. Items that need to be made to order will be delivered in 2-3 weeks.
Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only.
If you require an item urgently for a special date or event please contact me and I'll try my best to accommodate your requirements.Please note I cannot offer refunds for earrings unless there is a fault.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return the goods, unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Please inform me of your intention to return goods in writing by email, info@katherinebarberjewellery.com.
All goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery to receive an exchange or refund. Orders placed in the months of November and December will have an extended refund period which runs until January 7th.
Any goods which have been specially commissioned, customised or personalised to order cannot be returned. Please note I cannot offer refunds for earrings unless there is a fault.
You are responsible for arranging and paying for goods to be returned using a delivery service which ensures the item is tracked and insured during transit.
Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 7 days of receiving the item.Faulty Items
If you receive the item and it is faulty, please get in contact within 14 days & I will offer you a refund, exchange or replacement, reimbursing any return postage costs incurred.
