Delivery and Returns

All jewellery is handmade in the UK by Katherine in her North Devon workshop. Most items are kept in stock however some items are made to order.

 

If an item is in stock it will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 7 working days of placing the order. Items that need to be made to order will be delivered in 2-3 weeks.

Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only.

 

Lockdown 3- I am still making and posting out orders during this third lockdown. To say thank you for your continued support through these strange times I'm offering free P&P for UK orders over £30. Orders over £70 are automatically sent via special delivery. Orders over £30 are sent First class signed for. Orders under £30 are sent first class. If you live in North Devon I offer a collection service. I can post direct to the recipient. Just fill out the 'sending a gift' box at checkout with your message.

If you require an item urgently for a special date or event please contact me and I'll try my best to accommodate your requirements.

All jewellery is sent beautifully wrapped with love.

UK orders under £30 are sent via Royal Mail First class, over £30 are sent via Royal mail first class signed for service and orders over £70 are sent via the secure Royal Mail Special delivery within the UK. All International orders are sent via Tracked and signed service for. A signature will be required on arrival.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return the goods, unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Please inform me of your intention to return goods in writing by email, info@katherinebarberjewellery.com. 
All goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery to receive an exchange or refund. Orders placed in the months of November and December will have an extended refund period which runs until January 7th. 

Any goods which have been specially commissioned, customised or personalised to order cannot be returned. Please note I cannot offer refunds for earrings unless there is a fault.

You are responsible for arranging and paying for goods to be returned using a delivery service which ensures the item is tracked and insured during transit.

Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 7 days of receiving the item. 

 

Faulty Items

 The jewellery is made with love, care and attention and thoroughly quality checked before sending to you. However, in the rare event it is faulty please get in contact within 14 days & I will offer you a refund, exchange or replacement, reimbursing any return postage costs incurred.
